Description
The Province of British Columbia, represented by the Minister of Forests through BC Wildfire Service, is seeking a qualified provider for a confidential and independent reporting and support service for BCWS personnel and stakeholders. The service must include a dedicated toll-free telephone intake system and access to qualified professionals, including registered clinical counsellors, mediators, and conflict coaches. The successful provider will receive and manage reports and inquiries; provide confidential counselling, coaching, consultation, and conflict-resolution services concerning personal safety, psychological well-being, workplace conflict, and respect in the workplace; and identify and communicate recurring themes, emerging trends, and immediate health or safety risks to the BCWS Ministry Representative on a scheduled basis and upon request. The estimated contract period is 48 months.
