Description
Madison County Transit is providing advance public notice of an upcoming construction bid for the Confluence Trail Reconstruction Phase 2, also known as the Riverfront Trail Extension. The project will extend the trail from Canal Road in Wood River to Russell Commons in Alton, Illinois, within Madison County. Final plans and specifications are complete, but the project is awaiting Corps of Engineers permit approval. The estimated IFB release is January 2027. No solicitation documents are currently available, and the notice does not require a submission at this stage.
