Description
The Herkimer County Land Bank Corporation is soliciting proposals for a complete turnkey modular home solution at 386 West Main Street, Little Falls, New York. The project requires a new, permanently installed, energy-efficient, code-compliant three-bedroom, two-bathroom modular home of approximately 1,500–2,000 square feet, including factory construction, transportation, site coordination, crane setting, module joining, weather sealing, structural completion, utility rough-ins and connections, exterior and interior finishes, inspections, Certificate of Occupancy support, and warranty documentation. Proposals must include company information, relevant licenses and insurance certificates, New York State experience, project approach, floor plans or options, detailed itemized pricing, estimated schedule, warranty and service information, and any exceptions. Up to three home options may be proposed, with separate pricing for optional foundations and upgrades. The completed home, including Certificate of Occupancy, is required by July 31, 2027. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format and by two hard copies; MWBE and veteran business enterprises are encouraged to apply.
