Description
The Liquor Control Board of Ontario is seeking a logistics provider to support its e-commerce business with province-wide business-to-consumer delivery of beverage alcohol products. The required solution includes drop-off and pickup at various locations, next-business-day delivery within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, and delivery within two or three business days to other serviceable locations across Ontario. Proponents must provide an interfaceable shipping system for high-volume transactions, track-and-trace capabilities, electronic invoicing, proof of delivery, reverse logistics, customer support, and reporting. Mandatory submission materials include business capability, information security, privacy, business continuity and disaster recovery, pricing, financial, facility, equipment, vehicle safety, tracking, EDI capability, letter-of-credit, and business-attestation documentation.
