Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial supply purchase order to Next Generation Logistics, LLC, for crushed limestone aggregate surfacing used to maintain levee systems. The requirement is to be performed in accordance with a Statement of Work, which is not included in the provided package. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms may email a statement of capability with detailed technical information and literature by November 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. Past-performance information and references are requested if a firm chooses to submit capability information. The Government may decide whether to compete the purchase order and may award it without further notice.
