Description
The El Reno Airpark Authority is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide construction manager at risk services for two new aircraft hangars at El Reno Regional Airport. The approximately 19,392-square-foot project is expected to include foundations, structural systems, building envelopes, hangar doors, windows, electrical and lighting systems, heating, fire protection, plumbing rough-ins, utilities, drainage, access improvements, concrete aprons, and related taxiway, roadway, and ramp paving. The project emphasizes practical reuse of structural components and other materials from former Hangar 1 while preserving its architectural character. The selected CMAR will provide preconstruction and construction-phase services under a Guaranteed Maximum Price structure, including design review, estimating, cost control, value engineering, constructability review, scheduling, bid-package development, procurement coordination, construction administration, safety, quality control, closeout, and warranty support. The anticipated total project budget is $2,000,000, and the desired completion date is on or before December 31, 2027. Respondents must submit qualifications addressing firm and team experience, project approach, relevant projects, financial strength, insurance and bonding, claims and litigation history, and references.
