Description
The El Reno Airpark Authority is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from architectural and engineering firms to provide programming, design, procurement support, construction administration, and related professional services for two new aircraft hangars at El Reno Regional Airport. The anticipated facilities are approximately 9,696 square feet each, with a combined area of approximately 19,392 square feet and an anticipated total project budget of $2,000,000. The selected design professional will lead and coordinate architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection, surveying, and specialty disciplines; evaluate and incorporate reusable components from the former Hangar 1; support Construction Manager at Risk coordination, cost estimating, constructability reviews, permitting, procurement, and construction administration; and design site utilities, drainage, paving, aprons, access, and related airport improvements. Statements of Qualifications must address firm qualifications, project team, technical approach, relevant experience, schedule capacity, quality control, insurance claims and performance history, and required certifications. At least three and no more than five relevant projects completed or substantially completed within the past ten years must be described, with owner and contractor references.
