Description
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting quotes for a lot of desktop or tower-based microcomputers, peripherals, and related information technology equipment. The scope also includes hardware configuration, installation, implementation services, delivery, and warranty support. Respondents must provide manufacturer and product-line information, demonstrate authorization to perform OEM warranty service when applicable, provide corporate and financial information, customer references, delivery details, and complete the required seller forms and certifications. The solicitation also includes requirements concerning the Data Processing Agreement, consent and authorization, bid-security program fees, amendments, and product sustainability characteristics.
