Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada is issuing an Expression of Interest to identify approximately 851.5 usable square metres of contiguous, unobstructed office space on a single floor in Fredericton, New Brunswick, together with one reserved parking space. An additional 43 parking spaces are required if commercial or municipal parking is unavailable within 500 metres by existing sidewalks and crosswalks. The space may be in an existing or to-be-constructed building and must be available approximately 29 weeks before occupancy preparation. It must meet specified requirements for zoning, visibility, public-transit access within 500 metres walking distance, loading access, column spacing, ceiling clearance, wall proportions, bicycle-rack space, safety, security, and compliance with PWGSC's Standards for Leased Accommodation. This is an inquiry into space availability rather than a tender or request for proposal. Interested owners or agents must provide the file number, building location and municipal address, zoning, space location and measured area, floor plans showing washrooms and exits, parking details, and information addressing the stated criteria. Agents must also provide an authorization letter from the property owner. If a future tender results, building owners will need a valid reliability-level security clearance approved by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate before lease award.
