Description
The City of Medicine Hat is seeking qualified marketing agencies to execute, optimize, and report on a 14-month workforce attraction marketing campaign. The campaign is funded through Alberta's Northern and Regional Economic Development Program and aims to increase awareness of Medicine Hat among skilled professionals, entrepreneurs, remote workers, and investors while supporting business retention, workforce attraction, and economic growth. The successful proponent will collaborate with the City and other project stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive campaign aligned with market research findings, target-audience identification, and project objectives. The proposed contract start date is November 16, 2026.
