The City of Chicago Department of Family and Support Services, through its Division on Gender-Based Violence, is seeking proposals from an organization to implement and administer the Help over Harm Program for people who cause or have caused harm in intimate-partner relationships. The program is intended to address domestic and intimate-partner violence by providing participants with tools to avoid abusive behaviors. The selected delegate agency should have demonstrated experience and sufficient resources to manage program implementation and essential administrative functions using a trauma-informed and survivor-centered approach.
