Description
Maine Indian Education is requesting vendor quotes for Category 1 internet access and data transmission services at Indian Township School in Princeton, Maine, and the Maine Indian administrative site in Calais, Maine. Requested capacity is approximately 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, with fiber, cable, or equivalent solutions accepted. Quotes should include available contract lengths and options, installation and initial configuration, special construction or build-out costs, and any separately billed network components required to deliver the service. For Category 2 managed internal broadband services, the district seeks a managed services or leased-equipment agreement for Indian Township School, including provider installation and management of five 24-port PoE switches comparable to the MS120-24 and 19 wireless access points comparable to the MR36, along with related components, software, and licenses. Vendors should include SPIN and FCC Form 470 number 270001563, identify applicable SKUs or manufacturer part numbers, state assumptions, and comply with E-Rate lowest corresponding price and covered-equipment security requirements.
