Description
This Request for Information seeks industry capability and experience information for a planned 36-month, firm-fixed-price task order examining outcomes of diaper distribution programs. The anticipated work includes designing and conducting a pre-post outcomes study involving grant recipients, partner organizations, and participating families; collecting quantitative and potentially qualitative data at baseline and after one year of services; analyzing outcomes at family, organizational, and programmatic levels; and preparing interim and final reports and public-facing communications. The anticipated contractor would also provide evaluation technical assistance to grant recipients and partners, support data collection, management, privacy, security, regulatory and human-subjects clearances, data archiving, and reporting. The RFI response must address corporate overview, up to three relevant prime-contractor experience examples from the last five years, capabilities, estimated overall cost, and feedback or questions concerning the draft Performance Work Statement. Pricing is not to be submitted as part of the RFI response.
