Description
British Columbia Ferry Services Inc. is seeking proposals for payment-related products, services, and capabilities across four categories: payment processing, payment gateway, fraud management, and wallet and programs. The core solution must address both in-person and card-not-present payment processing; proponents may also propose a separate wallet and programs solution. Proposals may combine the proponent's offering with identified partners or subcontractors. The scope includes secure acceptance, processing, protection, management, and settlement of electronic transactions, together with implementation, integration, transition, hardware rollout where applicable, and ongoing service and support. Responses must include the applicable category workbooks, pricing workbook, vendor integration library, completed submission form, and the required supply-chain labour and sustainability documents. The agreement is expected to have a five-year initial term, with up to five one-year extensions.
