Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, is soliciting Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for participating public libraries. The requested services include symmetrical bandwidth scalable from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, with guaranteed throughput at each library location, laddered pricing, no monthly data caps, and no metered-use speed reductions. Installation and initial configuration are required, and bandwidth may increase during the contract term. The State intends to award one or more four-year contracts with no renewals, beginning July 1, 2027, contingent on E-Rate funding. Proposals must include the required executive summary, cost, business, technical, attestation, infrastructure, and artificial-intelligence technical proposal materials, along with required reference checks and supporting documentation. Respondents must be registered bidders with the Indiana Department of Administration and must submit through the State Supplier Portal.
