Description
The City of Lancaster, California, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to partner in providing an innovative, technology-enabled co-parenting application/platform as part of a Pilot Program. This program aims to support Lancaster families experiencing separation or divorce by reducing court involvement, improving co-parent communication, and de-escalating high-conflict situations that negatively impact children, families, and public systems. The City is particularly interested in platforms that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to proactively reduce conflict, support behavioral change, enhance safety, and meet the operational needs of courts, agencies, evaluators, and case workers.
