Description
The City seeks qualified firms to provide on-call, independent, contractor-style cost estimates for construction projects, including projects using alternative delivery methods. Assignments may also include estimate reviews and updates, comparisons, identification of scope gaps and cost risks, and related programmatic support. Task assignments will define the project, deliverables, schedule, assumptions, and level of effort; pricing will be negotiated later for specific projects.
