Description
The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau seeks a vendor to design, fabricate, install, and remove holiday decorations at its facilities. The proposed sites include convention-center spaces, offices, public lobbies, an experience center, and an outdoor plaza; the exact locations to be decorated will be determined annually. Decorations must be safe, durable for outdoor use where applicable, visible by day and night, and family-friendly. The vendor must coordinate installation and removal around facility schedules and the holiday season, and meet with the Bureau annually to plan and budget for replacement decorations.
