Description
Seminole County is soliciting multiple contractors for a unit-price master services agreement covering miscellaneous major and minor bridge repairs. Work may include regular maintenance and emergency repairs caused by vehicular accidents, vandalism, or acts of God. The scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, coordination, incidentals, fasteners, maintenance of traffic, permitting, and related bridge, roadway, railing, drainage, concrete, steel, guardrail, fencing, erosion-control, and debris-removal work identified in the bid schedule. Individual work orders will be competed among awarded contractors. The agreement has a three-year term with two optional one-year renewals, and the engineer's estimated annual value is $1,200,000. Bidders must be prequalified by the Florida Department of Transportation for the R&R Intermediate Bridge Work Class and must submit the required electronic bid forms, bid security, licenses, insurance confirmation, experience information, affidavits, certifications, and other portal response items.
