Description
Bacon County Board of Commissioners is soliciting a contractor to construct the FY 2026 LMIG and FY 2026 LRA Teakwood Road project. The work includes milling and installing deep patches, widening the roadway by two feet, leveling the widened roadway, overlaying the roadway, applying permanent and temporary striping, and installing new signage. Bidders must be licensed by a pre-qualified Georgia Department of Transportation contractor and must be fully insured and bonded. A bid bond of at least 10% of the bid amount is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount. Bidding documents must be obtained from the engineer, Ingram & Associates, L.L.C., before bidding.
