Description
The U.S. Consulate in Johannesburg is soliciting pricing proposals for the replacement of carpeting throughout their office building. The project scope includes the removal and disposal of existing carpets, preparation of floors, and professional furniture moving services. The total floor space to be carpeted is approximately 2,568 square meters. The U.S. Government will supply all carpet tiles, and the contractor will be required to re-measure all areas prior to commencing work. The contractor must also adhere to specific installation guidelines provided for the carpet tiles. All contractor personnel working on-site will undergo security vetting, and the contractor must be fully registered in SAM.gov at the time of award.
