Description
The Town of Waxhaw is soliciting sealed informal bids for the Downtown Waxhaw Asphalt Repair Contract. Work includes asphalt milling, patching, paving, traffic control, and miscellaneous site improvements shown on the bid form and Drawings G.03, G.04, and G.05. Bids will be evaluated on a unit-price and lump-sum basis and awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. No bid security bond or pre-bid conference is required. The contractor must begin work by November 2, 2026, and complete the work by November 24, 2026. The contractor and subcontractors must comply with applicable Department of Labor safety and health regulations.
