Description
The General Services Administration’s Supply Chain Management Contracting Division is seeking an all-or-none quote for one kit of miscellaneous tools and related equipment, including power tools, hand tools, measuring and electrical-testing tools, ladders, vacuums, lighting, accessories, and consumables. The quote sheet identifies numerous requested manufacturer part numbers and quantities, with brand-name-or-equal substitutions permitted when the offeror provides technical specifications. All items must be new and TAA compliant. The vendor must provide completed pricing and administrative information, comply with FOB Destination delivery terms and the requested delivery lead time, register to receive purchase orders through the OMS Vendor Portal or EDI, and comply with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling requirements. The award will be based on the highest technically rated quote with a fair and reasonable price, subject to end-user acceptance. Applicable clause and provision fill-ins, the completed RFQ pages, quote sheet, and MIL-STD-129 compliance documentation must be submitted by the closing deadline.
