Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Kenya seeks an individual Branding and Graphic Design Specialist to support its Artificial Intelligence portfolio. The consultant will develop a coherent visual identity and brand guide; editable Word and PowerPoint templates; knowledge products such as briefs, profiles, factsheets, diagrams, infographics, and reports; presentation packages for senior and governance audiences; partnership, donor, and resource-mobilization materials; and event branding assets including agendas, banners, backdrops, certificates, and digital media assets. The assignment is home-based with in-country consultations, working sessions, and event attendance in Nairobi or relevant government or technical facilities as required. The consultant must maintain an organized asset library, use licensed or cleared assets, provide editable source files and documented licenses at handover, and supply their own laptop and appropriately licensed design software. The initial engagement covers 20 working days between October 30 and December 15, 2026, with deliverables organized into three output-based milestones. Applicants must submit a technical proposal, CV or P11, cover letter, portfolio, academic and professional certifications, relevant work samples, and an all-inclusive financial proposal.
