Description
Archuleta County School District 50 is soliciting bids for 5 Gbps dedicated internet access and data transmission service at Pagosa Springs Middle School. The service must provide guaranteed bandwidth and synchronous speeds, and the proposal must identify the offered bandwidth, recurring price, all installation charges, applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, and any ineligible bundled services requiring cost allocation. The scope includes installation and initial configuration. The vendor must participate in the E-rate program for funding year 2027, provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number, offer the lowest corresponding price, permit Service Provider Identification Number changes, and provide the applicant a choice between the SPI and BEAR discount methods. The requested service has an indicated range of one to four years, with monthly payment, and the vendor must offer up to 12 months of month-to-month service during transition to a new provider after the initial or renewal term.
