The Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed contractors to resurface existing lazy river pools at two water park facilities: James Island County Park and Whirlin Waters Adventure Waterpark. Contractors must hold a current Public Swimming Pool Specialty License in South Carolina.
