Description
The Westfield Central School District is soliciting bids for Contract #123, General Trades Work, at Westfield Academy as part of its 2026–2027 Capital Project. Work must follow the drawings and specifications prepared by Gordon W. Jones Associates, Architects, P.C. The notice identifies required employment conditions and New York State prevailing wage rates. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond for at least 10% of the base bid. The bid bond must commit the bidder to enter into the contract if selected and provide further security for faithful performance as required by the Owner. Bid prices must remain firm for 45 days after opening. The notice says there is no scheduled pre-bid conference or contractor walkthrough.
