Description
The Parish of Caddo is soliciting bids for replacement of the Mira Myrtis Road bridge. The project requires construction of a four-span precast concrete slab-span bridge and includes demolition and debris removal, excavation, embankment, subgrade preparation, in-place cement-stabilized base-course construction, asphalt concrete paving, and related work described in the contract documents. Bidders must be appropriately licensed under Louisiana law. Bids require security equal to 5% of the base bid, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond from a qualified, licensed company. The successful bidder must furnish performance, maintenance, and payment bonds. Electronic bids may be submitted through Bid Express, subject to its fee and digital-signature requirements.
