The U.S. Navy is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for repair of two transmitter subassemblies, reference number 9A-203B130G01 and CAGE code 9HJE0. The contractor must receive potentially unserviceable assets, perform teardown and evaluation, provide estimated and subsequent firm-fixed repair pricing, complete the repairs, and perform inspection and testing in accordance with applicable manufacturer specifications, drawings, repair standards, and directives. Non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and provide a signed authorization letter on the OEM's letterhead; packaging at a location other than the offeror's address requires packaging-facility information. Repaired material must meet operational and functional requirements, comply with MIL-STD-129 marking and MIL-STD 2073 packaging requirements, and be free from metallic mercury contamination. The contractor has 90 days after receipt of the carcasses to complete teardown and evaluation and submit firm-fixed pricing; the requested repair turnaround time is 81.212 days. Quotes must include repair pricing, estimated new-item pricing, teardown and evaluation rate, repair turnaround time, throughput constraint, induction expiration date, option pricing, and any exceptions. A one-year warranty from delivery and an option for additional quantity 365 days after award are stated.
