Description
The City of Charlotte seeks a qualified, manufacturer-authorized service provider to perform repair, replacement, maintenance, diagnostic, warranty repair and representation, and related services for all makes, models, years, and related systems of the City's motorcycles, ATVs, and utility vehicles. The scope includes new OEM parts, manufacturer warranties, service-order management, quality checks, emergency and after-hours response, and 24-hour roadside services when required. Service providers must maintain facilities within a 20-mile radius of 701 Tuckaseegee Road, Charlotte, North Carolina, and may also perform work at approved City locations. Proposals must include a proposed solution, submission form, price sheet, references, Byrd Anti-Lobbying Certification, Certification Regarding Debarment, Company Background and Additional Questions response, and required portal acknowledgements. The City will evaluate qualifications, experience, approach, cost effectiveness, value, and acceptance of the contract terms. An optional exceptions form may be submitted for proposed contract exceptions.
