Description
Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES, on behalf of Stillwater Central School District, is soliciting proposals for dedicated, symmetrical Internet connectivity. Offerors may propose leased lit fiber or services delivered over third-party networks, with bandwidth options of 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, or 2 Gbps. The handoff must use fiber or an equivalent solution, include 14 usable IP addresses (/28), utilization and performance metrics upon request, and 24/7/365 network engineer support. The solicitation requests separate pricing for special construction, monthly recurring charges, and other non-recurring charges, with three-year and five-year service-term options. Respondents must provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number or proof of application, references for three similar customers or projects completed within the last three years, data-security and New York Education Law 2-d assurances, E-Rate supplemental terms, proposal certifications, a signed RFP signature page, and the completed pricing proposal sheet. The proposal must be submitted as a sealed physical package; emailed, faxed, telephonic, and other electronic proposals are not accepted.
