Description
The project will restore Spooner Meadow and North Canyon Creek at Spooner Lake State Park. Work includes reversing channel degradation caused by historical excavation and flow redirection, reversing or stabilizing knickpoints that threaten meadows, and improving channel-to-floodplain connection, along with associated work shown in the contract drawings and specifications. Bidders must hold an appropriate, valid Nevada contractor’s license, be registered and in good standing with the Nevada Secretary of State, and provide verifiable documentation and references for at least three successfully completed similar projects. Work must be completed within 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. A bid bond of at least 5% of the total bid price is required; the successful bidder must provide performance and labor and material bonds, each for 100% of the bid price, and secure the required insurance. Prevailing wage requirements apply.
