Description
The United States Navy is soliciting bids for helical springs. The solicitation includes detailed technical documentation and packaging requirements, including specific standards for cleanliness and material handling. It is a total small business set-aside. Key requirements include compliance with various military specifications and standards such as MIL-PRF-23199 for packaging and MIL-STD-767 for cleanliness controls.
