Description
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is soliciting proposals for water leak detection systems and related installation services. The procurement may result in multiple awards under a statewide cooperative contract. Vendors must achieve at least 490 of 700 technical points to advance to cost evaluation, and a combined score of at least 70% of all available points makes a vendor eligible for award. The contract length is five years, with pricing guaranteed for one year and an administrative fee of 0.25%. Required submission materials include a technical proposal responding to the technical criteria and a completed cost sheet. Vendors must also complete the required online certifications and vendor-information responses; optional submissions include confidentiality materials, exceptions, and vendor terms where applicable.
