Description
The City of Long Beach is soliciting sealed bids for hot bituminous pavement type SC-1 and various types of in-place hot bituminous pavement. The materials and paving will be ordered from time to time during the contract period, which runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Bidders must use the required bid form and clearly mark the outside of the sealed envelope with the specified bid title. Bid sheets containing specifications and purchase terms are available from H2O Innovation. Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed for tabulation, with award recommendation to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
