Description
The City of Clemson is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Police Impound Yard Project behind Clemson Fire Station No. 2. The work includes a large gravel parking lot, fencing, gates, concrete, electrical and low-voltage conduits, and the design and construction of a 20-by-20-foot street-trussed building. A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for October 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Bids are due October 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with opening and public reading promptly afterward. Questions are due October 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
