Description
The City of Eau Claire is seeking qualified firms for the full rehabilitation of 1803 Highland Avenue in Eau Claire, WI. The scope of work includes electrical, plumbing, countertop and cabinet, bathroom, exterior, painting, flooring, wall and ceiling, window and door, insulation, roofing, and masonry work. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 24, 2026, with two attendance windows. A bid bond of 5% is required for bids over $50,000.
