Description
Bucks County is soliciting a vendor to supply and deliver HD5-grade propane for generators at 11 911 Emergency Communications facilities. The County owns the tanks; estimated usage is provided by site, and the County may adjust quantities or add or remove delivery locations based on actual needs. Deliveries are FOB destination, locations are set for automatic delivery, and the contractor must respond to delivery or service calls within 24 hours. Tank inspections are not billable; equipment repairs require County approval and are billed on a time-and-materials basis. Pricing must remain firm during the initial 12-month contract period, with increases after the first year requiring written agreement. The contract is expected to begin on or about November 20, 2026, and may be extended for up to one additional year, plus a limited extension to avoid a lapse while a new solicitation is completed. Required response materials include the PennBid questionnaire and bid table, IRS Form W-9, certificate of insurance, nondiscrimination/sexual-harassment certification, vendor integrity and financial-interest disclosure, worker protection and investment certification, and consent of surety with power of attorney. Alternate products are not applicable to the propane specifications; the requested fuel is HD5 grade.
