Description
The Ohio Department of Public Safety’s Ohio Investigative Unit is purchasing black men’s and women’s Cloudrock Low Waterproof shoes in specified size ranges. The shoes must be new, current-production products; no substitutions or alternate brands will be accepted. Bidders must be the manufacturer, its representative, or an authorized distributor, and must provide manufacturer authorization with the bid or within seven days of request. The state may request descriptive literature or product samples during evaluation. The footwear must meet the stated durability, traction, waterproofing, fit, and uniform-appearance requirements. Delivery is due within 21 calendar days after purchase order issuance, to the location specified on the purchase order. The contract draft provides for an initial term through June 30, 2027, with possible renewal by mutual agreement.
