Description
The United Nations Development Programme's Cuba office is seeking a single supplier to provide work clothing and personal protective equipment for the Mi Costa project. The requested items include 230 each of work pants, long-sleeve work shirts, rubber work boots, work shoes, protective eyewear, two-piece waterproof rain suits, gloves, field caps, and first-aid kits; 60 each of flashlights and field backpacks; and associated freight, insurance, and other logistics costs. The technical specifications require durable, moisture- and abrasion-resistant materials suitable for humid, muddy, and irregular field conditions, with specified sizing and color requirements for several items. The supplier must submit technical data sheets and applicable manufacturer quality, ISO, environmental, safety, and other compliance certifications, as well as delivery and transport information. Delivery is required within 60 calendar days after contract signature to Puerto Mariel or José Martí International Airport in Cuba under CIP terms. The award is expected to be made to one supplier by purchase order, based on full compliance and the lowest price, with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects or hidden defects.
