Description
The Surrey School District seeks a complete audiovisual system for a secondary school addition. The work includes supplying, installing, configuring, testing, and commissioning projectors, flat-panel displays, speakers, soundbars, control panels, interface plates, mounts, cabling, and related equipment across classrooms, meeting rooms, and digital-signage locations. Specified products or approved equivalents may be proposed; equipment must meet the stated certification and technical requirements. The contractor must coordinate with other project participants, provide engineered shop drawings and required safety restraints, and include installation, programming, documentation, testing, and commissioning. The response must include the completed submission and pricing forms, a completed questionnaire, mandatory technical certifications, and pricing. The agreement is described as a one-time purchase. The solicitation also identifies experience and qualifications, service/support approach, cost-escalation strategy, team roles, and warranty information as response content; insurance, bonding-capacity evidence, and other listed preconditions apply to the selected respondent at award or before work, not as submission-time attachments.
