Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a complete professional audio package: a wired Bosch DICENTIS conference system with server, audio interface, 11 discussion units, microphones, and bus cables; a sound system with a Zoom LiveTrak L-20 console, Electro-Voice speakers, a Dynacord amplifier, and speaker cable; and two dual-channel Shure microphone systems with antenna accessories, batteries, and chargers. Accessories, installation, and commissioning are also required. The offer must include the completed submission and financial offer forms, commercial registration documentation relevant to the specified equipment sales and installation activities, technical data sheets for the equipment, a signed warranty declaration, a signed after-sales service commitment, and the required experience evidence. The equipment must have at least a one-year warranty. The solicitation requires at least two similar or equivalent completed contracts or purchase orders, each worth at least CFA 10,000,000, with signed delivery notes covering 2022–2026. Delivery is required within four weeks of receipt of the purchase order.
