Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for 113 nonmetallic bumpers, NSN 5340-01-098-2924, under purchase request 7018271716. The item is a critical application item and must comply with the referenced technical drawings, packaging, marking, inspection, shelf-life, identification-marking, domestic-material, export-control, cybersecurity, and other applicable defense procurement requirements. The supplies must be delivered FOB origin within 168 days after delivery order, with destination inspection and acceptance, to DLA Distribution San Joaquin. The solicitation requires submission through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. The technical data is export-controlled; offerors and proposed sources must have approved Joint Certification Program certification and authorization to access the data. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
