No proposals will be accepted by email. All submittals must be received during our normal office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after proposals have been opened, pending the execution of contract with the successful vendor. RFP documents, and all Addenda, may be viewed on the Augusta, Georgia website under the Procurement Department ARCbid menu (https://www.augustaga.gov/681/ARCBid), Euna OpenBids (https://network.demandstar.com) and Georgia Procurement Registry website located at (https://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/gpr/index). Bidders must mark the RFP number on the outside of the submittal envelope. Addenda will also be posted on the above listed website. Description
The City of Augusta is soliciting proposals for utility billing software and a Customer Information System (CIS) to support customer account management, billing and collections, meter-reading systems, asset and work-order management, customer payments, and customer portals. The solution must integrate with the City's utility-service systems and meet current and future operational needs. The selected vendor will lead implementation in partnership with an Augusta-appointed project manager, including any required data conversion and migration from the current software. The anticipated professional services agreement includes implementation, data conversion and migration, training, and ongoing support.
