Description
Dallas Area Rapid Transit is seeking quotes for a 12-month blanket purchase order for 15 rebuilt Siemens Trip Stop System (TSS) evaluation units, identified as DART part number 09-002-021R and Siemens part number WAA 111/9. Vendors must provide unit and extended pricing, lead time, and all costs associated with delivery. Pricing must include freight on an FOB Destination basis, and the authority may request accelerated delivery and a separate freight quote during the purchase-order period. The completed and signed Price Schedule must be submitted with the response. Vendors must also complete the online BidTable and confirm supplier-portal registration. The purchase order uses DART terms and conditions, including delivery, inspection, warranty, payment, and default-termination provisions.
