Description
The U.S. Embassy in Tirana is seeking quotations for passenger transportation services under one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Government may award multiple BPAs to technically acceptable and responsible firms offering market-based pricing or lower, and may make awards based on initial quotations without discussions. The solicitation package, including technical details, must be obtained by email. Quotations must be submitted in English and must be complete; further requirements are contained in the solicitation package.
