Description
Chesterfield County is requesting annual or more frequent manufacturer-recommended maintenance inspections, scheduled and emergency repairs, parts replacement, and fixed hourly repair rates for air compressors and air dryers at the locations listed in Attachment B. Preventive maintenance pricing must include labor, recommended replacement parts, and materials for a full calendar year; repair pricing must include transportation, tools, equipment, insurance, and technician wages. The contractor must provide a manufacturer-based inspection schedule, maintain service records, perform quarterly Grade E air-quality testing through an American Association for Laboratory Accreditation-certified laboratory, and return test results by email within 3–5 business days. Failed tests must be reported immediately and resolved through corrective work and retesting. Services generally occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for emergency repairs. Quotes and approval documentation are required before unscheduled work, and service tickets, testing results, and supporting invoice documentation must be submitted as specified.
