Description
The Province of British Columbia, through Procurement Services Branch for BC Timber Sales Branch, is requesting quotations for four plant growth chambers for tree seedlings. The goods must conform to the attached Specifications Summary, and pricing must include delivery and applicable unloading costs under the specified Incoterms 2020 shipping term, excluding applicable taxes. This is a lowest-price, mandatory-compliance procurement. Suppliers must submit pricing in Canadian dollars, bid on all requested goods, and include the required response forms and completed Specifications Summary. Submissions may be made through the BC Bid system or by email; fax submissions are not accepted. Email submissions must include only requested information and must include the Mandatory ITQ Submission Declaration. Quoted pricing must remain firm for the entire contract period and include all costs required under the applicable shipping term, including delivery and unloading where applicable.
