Description
The National Transportation Safety Board seeks one new, current-production pulsed laser cleaning machine, identified as the SFX Laser BPC-500 or equal. The machine must operate on 208V single-phase power, provide at least 500W output, offer adjustable pulse width and frequency and multiple cleaning patterns, include anti-reflection protection, and have a sturdy chassis with storage for cables and the laser head. The equipment must include operation manuals and a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from delivery. Quoters must identify the manufacturer and exact model offered and provide technical literature verifying compliance with every salient characteristic. Equal products must include a compliance cross-reference identifying each requirement, the offered specification, supporting literature pages or sections, and any required modifications. Pricing must be firm-fixed-price and include the equipment, necessary accessories, manuals, warranty, packaging, shipping, and delivery. The quotation will be evaluated using a lowest-price technically acceptable methodology. Amendment 1 changes the NAICS code to 333517, Machine Tool Manufacturing, adds applicable clauses, requires acknowledgment of the amendment, and extends the quotation deadline to September 25, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
