The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for four brand-new, unused 30-foot Contender 30T vessels or equal products. Each vessel must meet detailed specifications, including a fiberglass deep-V hull, specified dimensions and fuel capacity, twin Yamaha F300 counter-rotating outboard engines with Yamaha controls, molded-in transom door and dive platform, trailer, navigation and safety equipment, and specified Garmin electronics. Fishing equipment is excluded, and upholstery and cushions should be minimal or omitted. Quoters must complete and sign Technical Exhibit 1, identify the proposed brand and model, and provide specification sheets, brochures, and supporting documentation for alternate products. The quote must include a delivery plan, past-performance information, and firm-fixed pricing inclusive of transportation. Evaluation is based on technical acceptability, delivery, past performance, and price; the evaluation submission is limited to 14 single-sided letter-size pages using at least 11-point Times New Roman font. Delivery is required within six months of award, while the SF 1449 states delivery is 30 days after award.
